The market is perfect for home buyers with a lot of great lending options. A few buyers recently have experienced house payments lower than the rent they were paying. Real estate professionals around the country have always tried to show how buying a home made more sense than renting a home. Today, for many it makes more sense than ever, when you can buy for less than renting. Obviously this would depend on how much you are paying for rent and how much you pay for a home.
