Caldera Springs Lot Selection Date Set for Phase II
July 14th, 2006 Posted in Caldera SpringsSaturday, August 26, 2006 at Sunriver Resort will be the lot selcetion event for Phase II of Caldera Springs.
Over 80 homesites will be offered at this event. Next week, we will be receiving from the printer Information Portfolios it will include a price list, site map, illustrations of the amenities, and other information.
Progress at Caldera Springs is amazing. Phase I roads are now being prepped with base rock, and will be paved soon. Foundation work has begun on the Lake House, and will soon begin on the other buildings and bridges. Irrigation is now being installed on the golf course. By the time our Selection Event is here, the site will be in great condition.
