Central Oregon Home Sales | Three Rivers South
July 14th, 2006 Posted in Three Rivers SouthThree Rivers South as many are aware is the area between Sunriver and La Pine home sales in this area are steadier than some areas over the last three years when we look at the first six months of the year the numbers only vary by 5 sales - in 2004 there were 50 sales in 2005 48 and in 2006 there were 45 - this is the only area of Southern Deschutes County that we see such a small decrease in numbers. Pricing has of course continued to rise like all of Central Oregon when we compare 2005 to 2005 we see an increase of the average sale going from $256,952 to $331,534 and days on market have been less this year than last with 114 the average for 2006 and 128 in 2005.
