Homes are starting to move again in Central Oregon. In the next day or two I will be posting the stats and break downs from 2008, but in the mean time I am being asked to update the January Foreclosure and Bank owned property list.
These bank owned properties are currently on the market and are of course subject to have changes. Many of these homes are in great shape. A couple of the sales I closed this month the buyers have actually been able to buy with little to nothing down and have a house payment less than many pay for rent. That is a great feeling as an agent and a buyer.
