While the experts are calculating these figures they are taking in a lot more than what we know as Bend. The figures include the entire Deschutes County area - this includes Sunriver - Sunriver being a resort that has a proven appreciation and rental market may be the perfect place for you to purchase your investment property, second home, or full time residence. Below are the January stats taken from the MLS on 2/3/07 at 3 p.m.
- Total Active Residential (Single Family Full Ownership) Listings 61
- Pending (accepted Offer in escrow) 16
- Total Closed in January (closed escrow in January) 11
