La Pine Shows Continued Sales Growth - List NOW!

July 13th, 2006 Posted in La Pine

Although many areas in Central Oregon are seeing a slight slow down in sales La Pine continues to show an increase in sales. During the first 6 months of 2006 Central Oregon MLS shows that the average days a home was on the market decreased from 160 for 2005 to 135 for 2006. The number of sales also increased from 41 in 2005 to 67 in 2006 - the best news for home sellers is that the average sales price climbed over 23%. Most professionals close to the real estate market admit that the market is down about 20% over last year, leading people to believe that we have hit a “buyers market.” What we must realize is that last year Central Oregon was up about 48% over the previous year, so now very well may be the time to capture the equity in your home, call me or email for a free Comparative Market Analysis.
