Sunriver Homes More Affordable Than You Might Think

With the holiday weekend coming I have searched for properties for several of my buyers to take a look at. A couple of my buyers are looking for homes that are listed for $400,000 or less. A year ago you would have had a couple older condos and maybe a small 1970’s home to choose from.
Today, the Friday of the start of Labor Day weekend you have 39 properties to choose from. Many of these homes are in great locations and make great second homes or vacation properties. Some of them are condos and there are a few larger homes that are located closer to the rail road tracks or up against what some consider busy roads, in all reality how busy can a road be in Sunriver?
A sample of a home under $400,000 is 5 Puma, this home is located just off of Ponderosa and does back up to Beaver Dr, you have a privacy fence to shield the “traffic”. Being close to the Village at Sunriver, having 2 master suites makes this a great rental.

Thesa, I am amazed that there is more on the market today than a year ago, and at more reasonable prices. I know vacation home markets are very strong, so you are lucky to be affordable still.
